Price Overview

Computility has been implemented in associations of all size. Overall cost varies depending on the specific needs of each organization. Our competitive pricing model includes a monthly subscription fee (based on number of staff/employee users) and a one-time setup fee. The setup fee varies depending on the level of implementation services you desire and which modules you select.

Implementation services are done with a designated Computility project manager. Implementation services include: system configuration (setting up the system and fields for your specific situation and needs), professional data migration services and training. Computility is an entirely web-based, hosted solution providing automated data backups, real-time reports, free upgrades and free phone and email support.

Can I keep my existing website and still use Computility?
Yes, you have various options here. Some modules/components of Computility are 'public facing', meaning they are accessible by your members or other contacts via the web (such as online event registration). Most Computility modules can be run in conjunction with an existing website, however we do offer a full-range of website services and packages. Computility is a product of Alliance Technologies, www.alliancetechnologies.net. Alliance Technologies has been in business since 1994. Computility Association Management Software was launched in 2003.

Can I do a demo?
Yes, product demonstrations are done via web conference and usually last about an hour. If you would like to schedule a demo please click here or email us at sales@computility.com.
For the demo, we will take you into a live 'demo' system and go through the areas you are interested in. We can also send you a slide show of the system if you would prefer to review it on your own.

Can I test drive the system?
Yes, we can set up a login for potential customers to test drive the system. We typically set this up after a demo (upon request).
