Keep On Truckin'

Computility's Web-based Association Management Software System is proving to be a perfect fit for Iowa and Indiana Motor Truck Associations

(Des Moines, Iowa) – The Motor Truck associations in both Iowa and Indiana are experiencing the benefits of web-based software for associations. After struggling with ineffective software programs both associations are now realizing functionality they never thought was possible through a comprehensive web-based Association Management Software (AMS) system.

Today many associations are required to do more with less. To recruit more members, to retain more members, to conduct more events, to generate more revenue and to be more efficient in their daily business operations. To meet this demand progressive associations are seeking a new model to follow, new solutions to implement and indeed, new ways of thinking.

Brenda Neville, Vice President of Iowa Motor Truck Association states, "Prior to our relationship with Computility we were struggling with numerous issues ranging from stagnant member acquisition and retention growth to slow and inadequate IT systems. We knew there were better tools out there to help us with our IT needs. After doing some research we decided to invest in a software package designed specifically for associations. We needed a system that was not only affordable and easy to use, but would also improve marketing efforts and communication with members, staff and directors."

The Iowa Motor Truck Association transitioned to Computility back in February of 2003 and has not looked back. Neville states, "We chose Computility because it could be configured to meet our unique demands. For example, we were able to integrate a 'best practice' member recruiting and retention process into our system. We are now able to more effectively manage this critical process, generate reports and forecast future growth. I would highly recommend Computility association management software to any organization looking to create more value with fewer resources."

The Indiana Motor Truck Association is experiencing similar satisfaction since implementing Computility. Executive Vice President, Tisha Eder, states, "We had searched for over four years for a better association management software package - one that would enable us to be more efficient and provide better service to our members. Computility has helped our organization ten-fold with management needs and enables us to recruit and retain more members."

Today's associations are looking for solutions, not technologies. Computility association management software provides tools that enhance an association's ability to focus on memberships, money and management solutions–not just technology. By combining best practices, a solutions-based focus, and a unique software-as-a-service platform, associations have a powerful edge in their industry.

Eder sums up her satisfaction with Computility, "Anyone not using Computility for their association is missing the boat!"
