Overview

Our team of project managers follow a step-by-step best practice approach for all implementation procedures. We call this approach the '5 phases of implementation success'. The 5 phases of implementation success are: Discovery>>Planning>>Development>>Implementation>>Acceptance. Each phase has defined entrance and exit criteria, as well as defined owners and activities. Each step is well documented, communicated and professionally executed. Data Conversion

Data conversion encompasses exporting data from your current application(s) and importing it into Computility. Data conversion varies from one account to another, but generally there are two forms - standard and complex. Standard data import is very simple, all you need to do is send us your data file and we take care of the import for you. For multiple source (complex) application data, our project managers work closely with you to help import all of your existing data. Optional services include data cleansing and validation, removing duplicates, merging and mapping fields.

We offer address correction and validation services to:
Correct addresses w. missing or misspelled components
Correct missing and/or incorrect 5-digit Zip codes
Add zip+4 codes
Standardize street address

Congressional District
Time Zones
Carrier Route
Delivery Point Code

Custom Configuration

Computility is flexible enough to be pre-configured to meet different needs. Although we can configure certain areas up front, many clients enjoy our ‘user-configurable’ options. This capability allows you and/or designated staff to make custom changes to the application without knowing how to hard code (or how to program). For example, within Computility there is an administrative area that allows you to configure all of your own events and event details. Making custom changes yourself is simply a matter of point-and-click.


Training & Support

Although our systems are renowned for being intuitive and easy-to-use, sometimes a little training helps. Not only do we provide a variety of education and training services, we also provide a dedicated support center staff to proactively monitor your account and quickly respond to your needs.
Training and support services include:

  • Support Team Personnel - all accounts are assigned a Project Manager, Technical Account Executive, and a Business Account Executive
  • Learning Systems - team and individual training and education systems which can be done remotely
  • Help Desk Support - telephone, email and Internet support methods
  • The Computility Knowledge Base - a 24 hour online training resource
  • Free monitoring and maintenance with our standard support package
